The Vision
Mansoor Qureshi has a vision for Pakistan, not only a vision but a detailed plan and strategies along with support from several young people in Pakistan as well as in UK, USA, UAE and Germany. He possesses a good network of contacts in International organizations that are willing to offer their investments in improving his team’s infrastructure support and HR Skills, for catering the need of Outsourcing companies in USA and other European Companies. This provides his team with a leverage and means to attract foreign investment and Financial Aid to Pakistan. He also has got proven ideas and projects in mind which would help create thousands of Jobs in Pakistan and help people in getting employment and growing professionally.

According to Mansoor’s observations and analysis, there is a tremendous amount of employment opportunities with USA-based IT companies, which outsource major parts of their projects to off-shore companies. These companies are outsourcing their projects mainly to India as Indian government has focused more on technology education and developed a feasible infrastructure in the country for off-shore projects. Pakistan has no dearth of talent or intelligence but we lack the infrastructure and resources as well as public awareness about the International market.

Plan
Mansoor Qureshi has several target-oriented plans that could help our people get equipped with the needed skills set to position themselves in the International IT market. Pakistanis are still clueless about the kind of skills and knowledge that are needed to compete in the International market.

Comparison
In India, Bangalore alone has earned revenue of 27 billion dollars in a year. There has also been massive Foreign Investment in India as the International market sees the potential in Indians. Why can't Pakistan leverage itself the same way? That is because Pakistan lacks information on what is in demand and how to penetrate into this market. Pakistan has a lot of potential in terms of its Human Resource, which has not been utilized at all. All that Pakistan needs is information, a nudge in the right direction and supportive infrastructure.

Mansoor has several small projects in mind, that would help Pakistan position itself and enable it to penetrate into the IT Market and attract Foreign Investments into the country. Some of them are:

1. Job Fairs
2. Workshops,

3. Technology Events
4. Campaigns.
5. Counseling

6. Seminars
7. Virtual Classes & training sessions.

8. Website containing specific resources for resume Writing, interview preparation, Institutes / Courses, Professional Training, Careers in Technology:
